As a family-run practice, we've had the privilege of serving our community one patient at a time, getting to know people by name, understanding their needs, and supporting them through every stage of their vision care.
Recently, changes in insurance provider policies have created serious challenges. These changes don't just affect our practice, they affect the patients who rely on us. Many members of our community have faced delayed or denied claims, unexpected coverage issues, or have been told they must go elsewhere instead of seeing the eye care professionals they know and trust. For many, this has caused confusion, frustration, and unnecessary stress.
We believe patients deserve the freedom to choose where they receive their care. Vision care is personal, and trust matters. Independent clinics like ours should not be pushed aside by unclear policies or administrative decisions that limit patient choice.
