For years, Charm Optical has been more than just an eye care clinic. It has been a place built on trust, long-standing relationships, and genuine care. As a family-run practice, we've had the privilege of serving our community one patient at a time.
Recently, changes in insurance provider policies have created serious challenges — not only for our practice, but for the patients who rely on us. Many members of our community have experienced delayed or denied claims, unexpected coverage issues, or have been told they must seek care elsewhere, even when they wish to stay with the provider they trust.
We believe patients deserve the freedom to choose where they receive their eye care, without being pressured or restricted by insurance decisions that lack transparency.
